Introduction
Template Systems is a France-based technology firm engineering an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). Their modular fulfillment automation system is designed to convert standard warehouse spaces into high-density automated storage areas. The core engineering requirement was a reliable, low-latency architecture capable of sustaining continuous operations.
Scope of Work
Hacod functioned as an integrated engineering partner, executing specific tasks to ensure system reliability from prototype validation to mass production. Our technical involvement centered on the following deliverables:
Board Design and Hardware Validation:
We delivered custom printed circuit board designs optimized for the specific footprint and power constraints of the ASRS modules. This included generating schematics and preparing the hardware for mass production.


Firmware Development and RTOS Integration
We authored and maintained system firmware using the Zephyr Real-Time Operating System.
This provided the deterministic execution required for high-throughput robotics.
We delivered systematic firmware updates to maximize system stability and component lifecycle.
Troubleshooting and System Diagnostics
We provided targeted troubleshooting support to isolate and resolve integration anomalies.
This required direct interaction with the hardware layer to ensure the control interfaces remained responsive and secure.
Our team was travelling to client every month to support with development.
